米:埼玉県吉川市で生産し、主力メニューに使用。

In collaboration with affiliated companies and partner farmers, we are committed to stable food supply and regional agricultural growth.
Vegetables: Cultivated in Kazo, Saitama prefecture, Adachi district, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Area, and delivered fresh directly to our restaurants.
Rice: Produced in Yoshikawa, Saitama prefecture, and used in our signature menu items.
By sourcing directly from these regions, we ensure safe, high-quality ingredients while promoting environmental sustainability.
