平素より格別のご支援を賜り、心より御礼申し上げます。

当社は1965年に祖母が創業した東京を中心に飲食店を起源とし、
地域の皆さまに支えられながら歩んでまいりました。

その後、一度は事業の灯が途絶えましたが、2019年に千葉県八街市に
「元祖肉玉そば越智 本店」を開業し再興を果たし、再び新たな挑戦をスタートいたしました。

現在、日本国内ではラーメン店・餃子店を展開し、
各地のフードイベントにも積極的に参加を続けています。

一方で、2024年にはロサンゼルスへ進出し、2025年には新拠点での再スタートを果たしました。

「食を通じて世界に笑顔を」という理念を胸に、
私たちは日本と海外の両方で、受け継がれた想いを未来へつなぐ挑戦を続けています。

当社は今後も「日本発の食文化を礎に、着実に成長し、
世界で信頼される企業を築く」というビジョンのもと、誠実さを重んじ、
多様な人材とともに新しい価値を創造し続けてまいります。

Greetings from the President

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support.

Our company traces its origins back to 1965, when my grandmother founded a series of restaurants in Tokyo. With the support of the local community, we thrived for many years. Although the business once came to a close, in 2019 we revived our legacy by opening the “Ganso Nikutama Soba Ochi Yachimata Main Store” in Chiba, embarking on a new chapter of challenges and growth.

Today, we operate ramen and gyoza restaurants in Japan, and in 2024 we expanded overseas to Los Angeles, reopening in 2025 after relocating. Throughout this journey, our driving force has been the belief in “bringing smiles to the world through food.” This spirit, inherited across generations, continues to guide every step we take toward the future.

Looking ahead, under the vision of “building a globally trusted company rooted in Japanese food culture,” we will remain committed to integrity, foster diversity, and innovate together with our global staff. While staying deeply connected to our local communities, we will also pursue sustainable global growth and continue earning the trust of society and our investors.

With our philosophy and vision at heart, we promise to keep delivering smiles to the world through food.
